My second posting today haha :)
On the the Creator's Leaf a blog by Alice Hendon I found some lovely drawings of her from a Tangled Garden. I loved it immediately. I bought the ebook Alice was referring to and started my own garden project. It was so much fun to do. I love drawing all this botanical forms. I have no garden of my own, but now I do.
Not much activity on this blog lately. It has been a couple of months ago. I also started some other tangleprojects I wanted to do. I started with One Zentangle a Day, but I am stranded on day seven. But that doesn't matter, I can restart when I want to. But the main reason for not posting is my lack of energy as usual. But today I am posting :) yeah!
Well I tangled this string which was provided by Maria Thomas from zentangle.com for tanglepatterns.com. You will find it under strings. You have to turn the string upside down to see how I used it. I started with the phicops and than the rest went smoothly. Fun to do.

A new tangle has been relased. And it is called QUANDARY. See for the step outs: I am the Diva
What a fascinating new tangle Quandary is. I love this tangle. I had so much fun. To be honest I had to practice a little before I could draw this ZIA. I drew it freehand, no grid.
"What make's someone an artist? Is it when you get paid for your work? Is it when you finally have a gallery show? Is it when someone else calls your work art? "
Wise words from Erin for us to think over. You want to read more about what she says about feeling/being like an artist? Click here.
Erin from The Bright Owl asked us to use your favorite tangles that will make you mostly feel like an artist. Well there are so many favorite tangles, but not every tangle is suitable.
And here is, very late, my zendala dare # 43. I finished it already a while ago, but forgot to post it.
Two versions. A black and white, and a colored one.

Again two postings in one.
This is my contribution of this week's zendala dare The Bright Owl. I loved the template immediately when I saw it. It was so much fun to work on. Thanks Erin.
Diva challenge # 104 from Iam the Diva.
Well, the first one you see is the string 003. The second one is the final result. For this challenge I thought it would be a good idea to use a coloured leftover piece of paper from some other project. All my black micron pens, in all sizes, were empty so I had to be creative. But it turned out to be a real struggle this one. Usually I enlarge the template or string, to have more space to work with. This time I didn't. This piece of paper is 9x9 cm, which is about the size of the original tiles of 3,5x3,5 I guess. And also working on this coloured piece of paper wasn't satisfying. Don't know why, but it was. O well I did my best, better next time. Have fun tangling you all.

Two challenges in one posting this time.
At first when I had finished dare # 41 I thought the addition of Zinger was not such a good idea. But soon after, I got used to it and was happy that I followed my intuïtion, otherwise the dare would have been to static.( Sorry I forgot to take a picture of that) .For other entries you go toThe Bright Owl.
For the second challenge, Laura asked us to use the logo of the Moebius Syndrome Foundation as a string. The color of the foundation is purple. You want to read more about the challenge, want to try a challenge yourself or see what others did? Look here
